This job was difficult because of the quality of the brick on the house. The brick was coming apart due to the poor mortar joints. The whole house needs a make-over in the brick department. Our job was to install a steal lintel and brick on top of the window. The old lintel was made of wood and was - eaten by something.

Additional work may be done in the future, however we are limited to what we can do, as it is a heritage building.
