In this example the chimney was spalding at the top and several large stress cracks were running the length of the chimney - more than likely caused be a lightning strike. The setup was difficult but we managed to pull off a perfect chimney. Unfortunately the brick on the house is no longer in production so we used a style that was very close - this also turned out well. We used Heritage Beige Ontario size brick. Installed new cap and flu tiles. To note the roof was in terrible shape and was about to be re-flashed by the roofers. So we only put up a temporary flashing.
